Privacy Policy

• Mobile number — used to create your account and log you in with a one-time password (OTP).
• Subscription & payment records — the plan you bought, amount, date, status and the transaction reference from our payment gateway.
• Device & usage data — IP address, browser/user agent, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use the site.
• Advertising data — if you arrive from an ad, the campaign you came from and advertising cookies (such as Meta's _fbp / _fbc).

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Cashfree's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers. We only receive the payment status and a transaction reference.

• To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.
• To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in. We also use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, which share limited information (such as a hashed version of your mobile number, IP address, browser details and purchase value) with Meta so we can measure our ads. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings or clear cookies in your browser.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the service — our payment gateway, SMS provider, hosting provider and advertising partners — and with authorities when required by law.

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@mastireload.com from — or mentioning — your registered mobile number. Some records (such as payment records) may need to be retained where required by law.

Masti Reload is intended only for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
